GUESS WHO’S FREAKING OUT? ME! I’M FREAKING OUT!

This afternoon, I walked into the jock lounge at work and laid my eyes upon a glorious press release.

Sun is going to drop on September 4 of this year, and it will be the first album since 2008′s Jukebox.

I can’t find any information online about the tour, but I’ll be sure to update this article once I re-read the release at work tomorrow.

Anyway, I’m so stoked on this album because I’ve already heard one of the tracks and loved it. Shonie and I were at the Emerald Lounge for Paper Route and Halfnoise, and we both said, “WHO IS THIS?!” So, I Shazam’d it, and alas, it was Cat Power’s “Ruin.” You can listen to her new single “Ruin” here.
